Finishes Solarfold folding/sliding doors can come in any standard RAL finish, or they can even be dual colour if you wish the internal colour to be different from the external. All powder coating is carried out to BS 6496 and comes with a 25 year guarantee (providing regular cleaning has been carried out as outlined in the care and maintenance section. Glazing Solarfold folding/sliding doors accommodate double glazed units up to 38mm thick. Optional extras include tinted glass or integral venetian slimline blinds. All glazing complies with current L1 and L2 regulations and can give U-values up to 1.8W/m2K. Double glazed units come with a 5 year guarantee. Locking Solarfold folding/sliding doors come standard with shootbolt locking activated via key locking handles. Handles are available in silver, black, white or gold finish to complement your choice of frame colour.

Operation Solarfold folding/sliding doors slide on bottom rollers so there is no visible suspension track. The rollers run in a choice of bottom channels to give a minimum step, or can be sunk into the floor to give a flush finish if you wish - taking into account the British weather. Sections Solarfold folding/sliding doors come internally beaded as standard and externally the sections are rounded to give a pleasant appearance. The outer frame is 70mm wide and all sections are thermally broken to the highest european standards. Sizes and styles Solarfold folding/sliding doors are very flexible and can be manufactured to suit your requirements. Size can range from a two panel doorset at 1800mm wide to a six panel doorset at 12000mm wide.
